Professional Experience
Anthropic
Platform engineering for the macOS and mobile fleet — the tooling, automation and policy that keep several thousand endpoints secure and current without getting in people's way, taken from a blank document to production and on to a proper handover.
- Designed, built and shipped the internal package management and code-signing/notarisation pipelines now used across the fleet, and later made the call to sunset one of them in favour of a simpler upstream approach.
- Led the migration of the Mac estate to a new device management platform, including the integration layer between identity and device state.
- Owner of a self-service device health programme, giving staff plain-English visibility of their own security posture with remediation they can action themselves rather than raising a ticket.
- Ran vendor contract reviews, renewals and non-renewals, including one that materially reduced spend.
- Delivered a multi-floor office network and cabling build-out end to end, from legal consents through to commissioning.
- Author of the team charter and technical design documentation; run internal workshops and review colleagues' designs and code.
- Interviewer and calibrator on the company's culture interview — over 100 scored interviews since early 2025, some twenty new interviewers trained through paired and reverse-shadowed sessions, and written analysis on assessment quality used internally.

- Drove Endpoint Management for the region, with testing and code review alongside Engineering and Security, and automated enrolment via Intune and Jamf.
- Led Google Workspace offboarding automation for InfoSec, improving the joiner/mover/leaver process and data retention adherence with eDiscovery and audit posture.
VMware Tanzu
Ran IT infrastructure and support operations for Northern EMEA, and set the regional technology roadmap.
- Re-organised the EMEA support team after the acquisition and integration of 3K new staff, returning $3M+ in annual OpEx savings and more favourable vendor contracts.
- Built certificate-based authentication for Meraki wireless across EMEA.
Pivotal Software
Directed IT strategy and operations across the EMEA region, with responsibility for vendor negotiation and the regional build-out.
- Grew EMEA operations from 20 staff to 1K+, building out the local support team and taking the region from under-serviced to the highest support ratio in the company.
- Delivered multimillion-pound office locations across EMEA — London, Berlin, Dublin, Paris and Tel Aviv — with their IT and security services.
- Achieved Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation for the UK entity, enabling the company to win business with the MoD and NHS Digital.
- Built an inclusive recruiting process for the region that was adopted enterprise-wide.
